We are currently looking for a Bartender/Beverage Cart Attendant to join our team at Thornapple Pointe Golf Club. Our Bartender is responsible for serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to restaurant guests and golfers. Characteristics of this position include being a team player, having excellent attention to detail, having the ability to maintain a positive attitude, and being conversational and friendly with guests, all while maintaining the highest level of professionalism to achieve the high standards of service and quality that RedWater is known for.

DUTIES:
- Sets up bar or beverage cart and stocks alcohol, supplies, and garnishes based on established par levels.
- Serves both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with RedWater regulations.
- Always provides high quality customer service and follows procedures when dealing with client requests.
- Monitors event guests’ alcohol consumption.
- Capable of dealing with problematic guests and seeks the support of management when necessary.
- Processes payments for cash bars.
- Verifies identification and age requirements of customers.
- Breaks down bar/beverage cart and stores supplies at end of the shift.
- Implements and maintains RedWater and MLCC policies and procedures.
- Previous bartending experience preferred.
- Night, weekend, and holiday availability.
- Must be 18 years old.
- May at times have to lift 50+ pounds.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk carrying items.
- Preferred to be ServeSafe certified.
