The Role

When it comes to the perfect escape to the country, the RACV Goldfields Resort is a destination of choice for family, friends, and community. The retreat includes a lagoon inspired 1.8m pool, 18-hole golf course, interconnecting family rooms, Three Founders Garden Restaurant, Springs Bar & Terrance, Secret Story Gardens, and the Art House.

RACV Goldfields Resort is searching for an experienced Barista who is ready to take on an exciting challenge by implementing their impeccable customer service skills and their knowledge and passion for coffee to assist all members and guests at our Golf Shop.



Day in the life…

As a Barista/Golf Shop Assistant you will play an integral role in providing an unforgettable customer service experience and support the overall operations of the Golf Shop.

You will use your new-found knowledge and passion for Golf and your incredible skills as a Barista to assist members and guests by providing them with a warm beverage to finding the correct golf equipment, apparel and accessories all while maintaining a clean and organized store/café environment



We’re looking for…
  • Golf knowledge desired however is not required
  • Experience as a Barista in a busy environment
  • The ability to educate our members and guests about the benefits and features of various products
  • Upselling products to enhance their shopping experience
  • The willingness to learn and develop within the resort
  • A positive attitude and approach
  • Ability to work in a busy team environment
