Are you over Night Shifts we are looking for the right person who is going to love Day Shifts!
Located on the Northside of Brisbane, this is an amazing career opportunity for the right person as the position will provide exposure to all areas of the venue including Food & Beverage, Seminars, Corporate Days & Functions at our newly built 2 x Championship 18 Hole Golf Courses.
Duties & Responsibilities
This position will report directly to the General Manager and will primarily be responsible for the day-to-day running of shifts.
The successful applicant will have the desire to be an efficient leader. Duties will include, but are not limited to :
Ensuring the smooth & efficient running of the day-to-day operations
Ensuring compliance with the QLD Liquor Act, Food Act, and Gaming Regulations
Attending to all customer requirements
Assisting with recruiting, coaching, and training of staff
Organising & Coordinating staff rosters
Ensuring continuous improvement of Nudgee Golf Club Service Delivery Standards
Developing a good rapport with Club members & guests
Accountability for all stock, money, and infrastructure
Managing all business aspects of the bar, including keeping records up to date, wage cost control, and product selection to maximise profits while fitting with our specific clientele.
Essential Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar hospitality role
An ability to lead and supervise daily operations, with an understanding of club operations and a hands-on approach
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent problem-solving & decision-making skills
Superior customer service & immaculate grooming & presentation
A good practical knowledge of safe WPH&S practices
Excellent employment history and reliability
Full availability (days, nights, weekends & public holidays)
Current RSA & RSG & RMLV certification
