Backshop Supervisor
The role of a Golf Services Supervisor is to provide the guests of Lebovic Golf Club with “best in class” service in an organized and professional manner. You will be part of a team that works alongside the Professional Staff and Management to provide a memorable golf experience in a welcoming atmosphere. You will be reporting to the Director of Golf.
Contract length: 7 months
Salary: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 – 48 per week

Backshop Supervisor
The role of a Golf Services Supervisor is to provide the guests of Lebovic Golf Club with “best in class” service in an organized and professional manner. You will be part of a team that works alongside the Professional Staff and Management to provide a memorable golf experience in a welcoming atmosphere. You will be reporting to the Director of Golf.
- Keep back shop in a neat and tidy manner at all times.
- Assist with the planning of weekly employees schedules
- Assist with with event coordination, planning and event management the day of the event.
- Monitor all Back Shop Attendants (outside support team) perform all duties in accordance with the daily procedures.
- Keep a log of daily transactions with golfers
- Provide excellent customer service by pulling customers clubs and pull carts from designated areas in preparation for play.
- Return clubs and pull carts to designated area after customers have finished playing
- Ensure Rental Club fleet is inventoried, maintained, cleaned and ready to use.
- Receive shipments and document all incoming products according to company policy.
- Maintain cleanliness of the Back Shop area at all times.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are being followed.
- Maintain employment in a safe manner.
- Work as a team member and assist Pro Shop & other Support Shop staff when needed.
- Execute other tasks as directed by Management.
Contract length: 7 months
Salary: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
