About The Position:
Our golf simulator business has exploded over the last five years and we are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our rapidly growing installation team.
We are seeking a driven and detail oriented individual that enjoys traveling throughout the United States. You will be responsible for efficiently installing impact screens, subfloor/turf, wall and ceiling projection, launch monitors, projectors, monitors/TV’s, PC’s and cameras. Your technical expertise, attention to detail, and customer service skills will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction of our customers.
Project environments are typically luxury homes and golf coaching studios.You will be joining an experienced team of installation professionals who travel weekly to unique client locations. A majority of our projects last anywhere from 4-7 days to complete the installation. Professional training will be provided to ensure you are fully up to speed on the D2G installation processes and best practices.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Key Responsibilities Include:
Installing the following into a golf simulator set up:
- Installation: Safely and effectively install golf simulator systems according to manufacturer's specifications and company guidelines.
- Calibration: Calibrate sensors, cameras, projectors, and software to ensure accurate and reliable simulation experiences.
- Technical Expertise: Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of golf simulator components, including tracking technology, screens, projectors, AV systems, and software applications.
- AV Solutions: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and connectivity to ensure optimal simulator performance.
- Customer Interaction: Interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner, addressing questions, explaining installation processes, and providing instructions on simulator usage.
- Quality Control: Perform thorough quality checks on installations to guarantee precision, accuracy, and adherence to industry standards.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installation details, calibration settings, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
- Timely Completion: Efficiently manage installation schedules and meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work quality.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with sales and customer support teams to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer service throughout the installation process.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and advancements in golf simulator systems and installation techniques.
- 3+ years of construction or handyman experience
- Must live in close proximity to Warwick, NY (within 60 Miles)
- Must have valid driver license
- Clean Driving Record
- Ability to spend 10-12 hour days while onsite (hours will fluctuate per project)
- Must be willing to travel and stay overnight (some jobs may require you to be away from home for a week or 2 at a time)
- Must have transportation to and from our Warwick NY shop.
- Company vehicles will be used for travel to and from the jobsite.
