For over 30 years, Golf Coast Golf Cars, Inc. has been a leader in sales, service and rentals of Golf Carts, Low Speed Vehicles and Outdoor Powersport Equipment throughout Southwest Florida. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Associate to join our team. We can guarantee you 40-hours per week, no nights, no weekends, no overtime and weekly pay. This is an hourly job with bonus potential. Commission is not offered at this time.

This is a Sales and Marketing role and you will wear many different hats. You will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through various channels, as well as actively prospecting for new customers and selling our products/services. Your role will involve prospecting, qualifying leads, and nurturing relationships with potential clients all the way from initial contact to closing the sale. SALES EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.

As a Marketing Professional, you will be responsible for creating and posting ads across various platforms including social media and other online arenas, as well management of our website. You will also work with management to help identify potential marketing opportunities and ideas for new and creative advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Manage and oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, social media marketing, and performance marketing.
- Create and optimize digital advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
- Conduct research to identify potential clients and target industries.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, outside prospecting, social media, etc.
- Qualify walk-in's, website leads and call-in's.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
- Follow up with clients after the sale to ensure their needs were met.
- Selling golf carts, low speed vehicles and associated parts to customers.
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for attracting business.
- Provide excellent customer service to existing and potential clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors.
- Write Service Tickets and estimates, when needed.
- Call customers with repair estimates (selling parts and labor).
- Social Media Marketing and other online arenas.

Skills:
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of success.
- Strong marketing skills including designing ads and marketing across various channels.
- Strong math skills for calculating pricing, financing, and trade-in values
- Effectively multitask and manage your time.
- Proficiency with a computer and associated functions such as email, Word, Chrome,etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in inside/outside sales.
- Knowledge of Golf Carts, LSV's, Outdoor Powersport Equipment preferred, but not required if you have strong sales skills.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field or Previous Experience
- Proven experience in sales and marketing.
- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust.
- Comfortable with outbound sales activities, including cold calling potential customers.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools, including Google Analytics, SEO, social media platforms, etc.
- Proficient in market research and analysis techniques.
- Familiarity with HTML5 and other web development tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
