*Job Announcement: *_*Beverage Cart Attendant at Bartley Cavanaugh Golf Course*_ *Job Title:* Beverage Cart Attendant *Reports to: *Food & Beverage Manager *Location:* Bartley Cavanaugh *Rate of Pay:* $16.90hr + Tips *FLSA Status: *hourly, non-exempt, Part-Time *Position Overview* Morton Golf is looking for a Beverage Cart Attendant who will play a vital role in providing exceptional service by delivering food and beverages to golfers on the course. To ensure golfers have a smooth and enjoyable experience, Beverage Cart Attendants will be well-versed in the course layout and keep up to date on programs and events, so they can provide helpful and accurate answers for golfers with questions. *Essential Duties & Responsibilities* · Operate golf carts responsibly, perform gas checks, and report equipment malfunctions. · Conduct regular inventory checks and restock carts. · Performs light cooking duties · Perform transactions efficiently. · Learn optimal beverage cart routes to maximize sales opportunities. · Exercise autonomy and proactive problem-solving to address guest issues efficiently. · Work with F&B Staff and golf course personnel to report incidents & traffic hazards to ensure a smooth experience for golfers. · Maintain a friendly, courteous, and outgoing demeanor at all times. *Qualifications* · Previous experience in food and beverage experience is a plus. · High School Diploma required. · Must be 21 years + to be able to sell alcoholic beverages. · Excellent interpersonal abilities and the capacity to forge strong connections with both team members and guests. · Flexibility to work outside exposed to weather conditions. · Flexibility to work M – F + weekends as needed. Shift times vary: Day or Evening. · Well-versed in federal and state food and beverage health regulations, along with food safety protocols. · Proficient in order-taking, as well as using cash registers and POS systems. · Must have a valid food handler's certificate or the willingness to obtain one upon hire. *Morton Golf Culture* * *Purpose:* "To enrich lives one guest at a time."
