*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest has a memorable dining experience. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. *Duties* * Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcomed * Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system, specifically Micros POS * Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards * Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales * Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math skills for processing payments * Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and dining room throughout shifts * Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring all items meet quality standards * Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders * Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction *Skills* * Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction * Experience in food service or the food industry is preferred * Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations * Time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously * Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing * Familiarity with sanitation practices in a restaurant setting * Previous restaurant experience is advantageous but not required * Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated * Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and staff If you are passionate about hospitality and eager to provide outstanding service in a vibrant restaurant atmosphere, we encourage you to apply for the Server position.
