JOB SUMMARY: Club Champion is looking to hire Order Pickers for our Tempe, AZ location. The Picker is responsible for selecting the accurate components to build the golf clubs. They will move the orders into the build shop once all the components are ready to build. This position will report to the Warehouse Supervisor.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Picking accurate components in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Move orders into the build shop once all components are available and ready to build.
- May be involved in other aspects of operations including accuracy of inventory allocations, adjustments, receiving, storage, packing, shipping, and cycle counting.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 1-3 years of experience in warehouse & picking orders.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Willingness to learn.
- Strong communication skills
- Punctual, flexible, and willing to work OT
- Attention to details and high degree of accuracy
- Ability to multi-task while thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Punctual, flexible, and willing to work OT during the week and occasional Saturdays
- Knowledge of the golf industry specifically club components (heads, shafts, and grips) and their vendors is a huge plus.

EQUIPMENT USED TO PERFORM THE JOB
- Bar code scanners, RF
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs, bend, stretch, and stand for long periods of time
