This is an exciting, customer-facing role. You’ll be on the floor setting players up on simulators, serving drinks and food, managing staff, and making sure every guest leaves with a smile.

You’ll share management responsibilities with the Venue Manager, assist with staff supervision, and help coordinate our busy calendar of functions and events.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests on arrival, setting up simulator bays
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the venue
Serve alcohol and prepare simple food items
Support the Venue Manager in training, supervising, and motivating staff
Assist with event and function coordination
Ensure the venue is presented and operating to the highest standard
Manage cash handling and POS operations
Previous hospitality, events or leadership experience preferred
Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) required
RP badge preferred
Confident working in a fast-paced environment
Great communicator with strong people skills
Flexible availability — must be able to work weekends and public holidays
Interest in golf or social entertainment venues is a bonus, not essential
Fun, social, and supportive team environment
Hands-on experience in a growing entertainment brand
Involvement in exciting functions, leagues, and events
