GreatLIFE Golf & Fitness is a leader in the Golf & Fitness industry with over 72 locations and growing with 10 locations in The Topeka Area. GreatLIFE is committed to providing excellent customer service to our members and guests. This includes CLEAN and well-maintained fitness centers and clubhouses. GreatLIFE has one (1) Full-Time position available Top City Golf located at 350 NE Hwy 24, Topeka Ks.
RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to:
Ensuring company policies are followed
Optimizing profits by providing great customer service
Hire, train, and develop new employees
Motivate employees and ensure a focus on the GreatLIFE mission
Create Work Schedules
Process New Members and Assist members with questions
Opening and Closing Duties
Light Cleaning
Processing New Memberships
REQUIREMENTS
Cleaning experience a plus, but not required
Computer Experience is a plus (MS Word, Excel, & Email)
Must be able to listen and follow instructions
Must enjoy working with people and have good customer service skills
Must be able to pass drug screen
Must have reliable transportation
Work hours :
Monday/Tuesday-Off
Wednesday/Thursday 6:30am-3:30pm
Friday/Saturday 2:30pm-11:30pm
Sunday 1:30pm-9:30pm
