Deertrak Golf Club is looking for a versatile, high-energy leader to run the "Command Center" of our clubhouse. This role bridges the gap between Golf Operations and Food & Beverage service. Key Responsibilities
- Tee Sheet & Phone Management (Critical): Must be proficient in managing digital booking systems and handling high-volume phone inquiries with professional poise.
- F&B Oversight: Direct daily operations of the bar and grill. You will be responsible for "the turn" service, including food prep (grill/fryer) and bartending.
- League & Event Coordination: Primary contact for league secretaries; manage weekly scoring, logistics, and post-round hospitality.
- Inventory Control: Track and restock beverage and kitchen supplies to ensure we are "tournament ready" at all times.
- Team Leadership: Assist in supervising seasonal staff (cart attendants/servers) to maintain high club standards.
- Command Center Skills: Proven ability to manage a digital tee sheet and multi-line phones in a fast-paced environment.
- Hospitality Versatility: Ability to pivot instantly from the pro shop counter to the grill or bar during a rush.
- F&B Experience: Comfort with basic cooking and bartending is required.
- Reliability: Must be available for a flexible seasonal schedule, including weekends and holidays.
