Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily golf operations, including tee times, reservations, and guest check-ins to ensure efficient service delivery
- Support event planning and execution for tournaments, outings, and special functions, ensuring seamless coordination from setup to wrap-up
- Supervise staff during shifts, providing leadership and guidance to maintain high standards of customer service and safety
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism, resolving issues promptly to enhance overall satisfaction
- Oversee cash handling procedures and maintain accurate financial records during daily transactions
- Contribute to report writing related to operational activities, incident documentation, and event summaries
- Support the management team in supervising clubhouse activities, restaurant services, and night club events as needed
- Previous experience in hospitality or resort management is highly desirable
- Demonstrated leadership skills with supervising experience in fast-paced environments
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Experience managing events or large group functions within a hospitality context
- Ability to handle shift management responsibilities effectively while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency in report writing and record keeping related to operations and guest interactions
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures and familiarity with hospitality management systems
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
