Responsibilities
- Support golf instruction sessions, including lessons for beginners and advanced players, utilizing your teaching skills to improve their game
- Help organize tournaments, events, and daily course activities to promote engagement and fun
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of our sim room
- Collaborate with team members to uphold course policies, behavior management protocols, and safety procedures
- Previous experience in a customer service or sports coaching role
- Passion for golf with a strong understanding of the game’s rules and etiquette
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people, including children and adults
- Ability to manage behavior positively and foster a welcoming environment for players of all ages
- Knowledge of health club or gym operations is beneficial but not required
- Enthusiastic team player with a proactive attitude eager to learn and grow within the golf industry
