Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing quality service, managing leagues, golf tournaments, and assisting with the managing the daily golf operation
•Interact with Members and guests in a friendly manner
•The Assistant Golf Professional will provide golf shop assistance and support to the Director of golf
•The ideal candidate will join an experienced Golf team and will report directly to the Director of Golf
•Assign and schedule tee-times for Members and guests
•Establish excellent customer relations
•Manage Golf Events
•Assist with Management of Outside Operation
•Perform proper cash handling/management procedures
•Promote and sell pro shop services and merchandise
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively demonstrate and explain golf techniques
- Strong organizational skills to manage lesson schedules and events
- Patience and adaptability to work with individuals with varying abilities
- Ability to provide a safe environment for golf instruction
