Come be a part of something amazing. Hermitage Country Club, a private, member-owned club with two 18-hole golf courses is adding an Assistant Golf Professional to its team. AGP will be responsible for the management of the day-to-day golf operations. You will also be responsible for managing the golf operations in the absence of the Head professional and First Assistant professional.
Candidates should desire to become a Class "A" PGA member. Must have the ability to deliver a high-quality standard of service consistently with emphasis on continuous improvement. Excellent communication (written and oral) and people skills are a must. Ability to learn, train, motivate and supervise staff.
A clear understanding of golf, private club, and/or hospitality operation experience is desired. A pre-employment drug screening is required.
