Full job description

• Assist with all golf activities – including golf shop and outside service.
• Assist with golf shop inventory, merchandising and displays, and special orders.
• Assist with enforcing all club rules and policies that govern the use of the course, golf cars, and other golf-related facilities.
• Assist with administering the tee sheet and the handicap system.
• Assist with all Club tournaments, leagues, and golf outings.
• Assist with instructional programming.
• Promote golf and golfing activities with a high level of service.
• Efficient and friendly customer service throughout the pro shop, checking in golfers, ringing up charges at the register and checking in all golfers prior to play.
• Perform open and close procedures following the policy of the Club.
• Support safe work habits and a safe working environment at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Holidays
• Night shift
• Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Stonington, CT 06378: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
