Responsibilities:
-Include but not limited to running the day-to-day operation of a private country club
- Provide golf instruction to individuals and groups of all ages and skill levels
- Develop and implement lesson plans and training programs
- Conduct golf clinics and workshops
- Assist with organizing and coordinating golf tournaments and events
- Provide excellent customer service to members and guests
- Maintain a clean and organized golf shop
- Assist with club repair and equipment fitting
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Golf Professional or Assistant Golf Professional preferred
-PGA certification or active participation in the PGA program
- Strong knowledge of the game of golf, rules, and etiquette
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively teach and educate others in a group or individual setting
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques for working with children
- Ability to climb stairs, lift equipment, and stand for extended periods of time
