- Strong knowledge of the game of golf, including rules, techniques, and equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students
- Ability to educate and instruct individuals in a clear and concise manner
- Experience in behavior management to ensure a safe and positive learning environment
- Physical fitness and stamina to demonstrate golf techniques and participate in practice sessions
- Additional skills in swimming, martial arts (karate, judo), or basketball are a plus

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for accountability of all Member and Guest sales transactions
- Make tee time reservations
- Assist with rotating merchandise inventory and keeping displays clean and orderly
- May work with guest services and club management to facilitate starting times and play on the golf course
- Assist as needed with member events and outside tournaments
- Assist outside cart staff as needed
