Entry Level Assistant Golf Professional
Seasonal position starting in April and lasting through October
Previous golf course experience is a plus but not required. This position will allow the individual with opportunities for growth in many aspects of the golf industry.
The Assistant Professional will assist in all daily operations of a busy golf club. The assistant will report to the Head Professional and work alongside our professional staff. The candidate will receive a well-rounded experience in all aspects of a busy golf course from daily play, outings, special events, leagues, and junior golf.
Duties Include but are not limited to:
Pay: $13.50 - $15.50 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week

- Assist in the daily operations of our golf shop
- Assist with outside services as needed
- Communicate with staff and customers in a courteous and efficient manner
- Ability to stay proactive and anticipate daily business needs
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Assist the outing coordinator with any tasks necessary
- Prepare for leagues and outings
- Monitor pace of play and take corrective actions as needed
- Supervise outside services staff
- Maintain working knowledge of our point of sale, handicap admin, GPS technology and tournament software
Pay: $13.50 - $15.50 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
