Position Overview:
- Assist in the daily operations of the golf facility, including managing tee times and coordinating events.
- Provide golf instruction to players of all skill levels, focusing on technique, strategy, and enjoyment of the game.
- Organize and lead clinics, workshops, and tournaments to engage members and promote participation.
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere by interacting positively with members, guests, and staff.
- Maintain knowledge of current golf trends and techniques to provide up-to-date instruction.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations of the facility.
- Support junior programs by working with young golfers to develop their skills and love for the game.
The ideal candidate will possess a combination of relevant experience and skills, including:
- Prefer PGA/LPGA with experience or going through the program.
- Focus on clinics and lessons
- Able to manage daily golf shop operations
- Background in sports coaching or teaching physical education.
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques to effectively engage with participants.
