Overview:


The Assistant Golf Professional will help oversee the daily operations of Topgolfs first green-grass golf course in El Segundo. This associate will provide best-in-class, off-the-chart, rockstar-level service while coaching and leading the golf course team towards achieving the facilitys goals.

Topgolf participates in E-Verify and will provide the federal government with your Form I-9 information to confirm that you are authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation Range: $17.00+ USD (hourly)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide best-in-class, off-the-chart, rockstar-level service to all guests of Topgolf El Segundo
  • Check in guests and ensure fee collection with the starter
  • Control and manage play including tournaments and outings
  • Assist in the purchasing, display, inventory, and promotion of merchandise in the pro shop
  • Assist with lessons and instructional programs
  • Assist Director of Golf with supervision of marshal, food & beverage, and support staff
  • Monitor opening & closing operations
Key Qualifications:
  • PGA Member or Associate preferred
  • High School Diploma required
  • 4+ years of fundamental knowledge of the game of golf and rules of golf
  • 2+ years experience in golf facility operations & tournament operations
  • 2+ years coaching and developing others
  • Must have strong guest service, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in all weather environments
  • Ability to work effectively on a team
  • Ability to work in a fast paced enviroment
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 50lbs
  • Ability to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
