Wainui Golf & Function Centre is seeking to expand its food and beverage team and are looking for friendly, experience front of house professionals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

As an Assistant Bar Manager you will be responsible for upholding the highest quality standards for the food and beverage operation. You will work with the team to deliver a high-quality service experience that exceeds customer expectations through the following tasks:

• Delivery of outstanding and exceptional customer service
• Set up, service and pack down
• Assist in the running of the events to ensure all guests receive their requirements in a timely manner, according to our standards
• First meet, and then exceed our guests’ expectations
• Ensure our members receive a personable experience

Skills and Experience

• Friendly, positive, energetic personality
• Minimum 1 year previous experience in Food and Beverage is required
• LCQ and General Manager Certificate is essential
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest services
• Motivation to learn new skills and techniques
• Fantastic personal presentation
• Flexible availability and reliable
• Outgoing personality
• Must be able to work in New Zealand
