Responsibilities
- Interpret and follow detailed schematics, and production documents to assemble custom golf carts accurately
- Use hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools (tools provided)
- Perform mechanical assembly tasks including fitting parts, and installing systems according to safety standards and quality protocols
- Read and interpret schematics and technical diagrams to troubleshoot assembly issues and ensure proper configuration
- Handle heavy lifting safely while maintaining adherence to safety protocols during all manual handling activities
- Conduct quality control inspections to detect defects or deviations from blueprint specifications and rectify issues promptly
- Proven experience in mechanical assembly or manufacturing environments; mechanic experience is highly valued
- Strong knowledge of reading schematics, and interpreting production documents
- Skilled in using hand tools or power tools effectively
- Ability to follow safety standards rigorously while working with heavy machinery and during manual handling tasks
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to assembly processes
- Mechanical knowledge complemented by experience with safety protocol adherence in a manufacturing setting
