Duties
- Supervise and work daily with your installation crew working on artificial turf, golf greens, and landscape projects
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during construction and maintenance activities
- Manage project timelines, materials procurement, and quality control to meet client specifications and deadlines
- Provide hands-on guidance in turf laying, seam joining, infill application, and finishing touches for a seamless appearance
- Conduct inspections to verify proper installation techniques and adherence to industry standards
- Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and team members
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or turf installation with a focus on artificial surfaces
- Strong supervising experience leading teams on construction projects
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively
- Familiarity with, general outdoors tasks
- Strong organizational skills for planning project phases from start to finish
