The Advanced Level Cook responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Housing / RV Sites Available (for limited FT roles)
Complimentary and discounted Golf rounds
50% discount on restaurant meals
40% retail discount plus online ProDeals
FREE Participation in In-Park guest activities: Horseback rides, kayak and boat rentals, lake cruises & scenic raft tours, 200 miles of hiking trails and THE greatest perk ever – living by one of the most picturesque national parks!

- Skill Level: Advanced
The Advanced Level Cook responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Opening, setting up, running and closing of the line or station assigned, prepare dishes to specification of the chef
- Training and assisting other line cooks and cook assistants on a day to day basis for prep and other functions in the kitchen
- The safety and cleanliness of the kitchen
- Deputizing as Sous Chef on occasion
- 2 year minimum line cooking experience
- Supervisory experience
- Banquet experience
- Knowledge of different stations like grill, garde manger and sauté
- High volume cooking experience
