Job Description: **About the Role** The Golf Maintenance Administrative Assistant is a key support role within the Golf Course Maintenance Department, responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations through accurate administration, efficient communication, and strong organizational support.In this role, you will manage scheduling, documentation, inventory tracking, communication flow, and departmental coordination. You will work closely with the Golf Maintenance and Landscaping teams to help maintain exceptional golf course conditions and a seamless guest experience.Assist with daily administrative operations including scheduling, payroll submissions, and attendance tracking for the maintenance team.Assist with onboarding tasks for new hires, including paperwork, uniform issuance, and orientation scheduling.Previous administrative, clerical, or office support experience preferred; experience in golf, landscaping, or maintenance environments a plus.Strong organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
