GENERAL PURPOSE:
Under the direction of the Golf Business/Customer Relations Coordinator, provides a wide variety of administrative, data entry, customer communication and customer service support for the Golf Division. This position involves extensive customer contact and administrative support. Responds to questions, complaints and requests for assistance with automated systems.
The salary range for this position is $21.63- $30.29 per hour with a hiring range of $21.63 - $25.96, depending on qualifications and experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Answers public and internal inquiries over the phone and in person by supplying information based on division procedures and detailed knowledge of division policy.
- Processes point-of-sale transactions.
- Provides clerical and administrative support for Golf Division staff: Compile and analyzing data and reports.
- Participates in related special projects;
- Maintaining correspondence including typing, editing and proofing, purchasing, general operations and other files
- Participates in development of marketing plans and materials; performs desktop publishing for division flyers, brochures, newsletters, manuals
- Assists in creating posts and maintains social media channels and website
- Provide operation and maintenance of computer data programs; Assisting in implementing promotions and tracking success; Scans and maintains a digital filing system for invoices, and procurements.
- Enters/submits invoice payment and requisition requests petty cash vouchers, procurement card receipts, and other requests for payment; ensuring accounts payable transactions are accurately completed and reconciled; monitoring expenditure/revenue reports; creating daily revenue GL files for interface with Accounting Department; assisting Accounting Department with problems and other related projects. Assists with organizing and maintaining agreements and contracts.
- Collaborates with division and other departments to create and ensure efficiencies.
- Facilitates meetings by making arrangements, preparing agendas, records minutes, and fills in for other committee member as requested.
- Support the Administration office.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- This position has no supervisory or lead role responsibilities.
- Must possess sound working knowledge of modern office practices, procedures, and equipment including personal computers.
- Must have knowledge and skills in word processing, spreadsheet, desktop publishing, calendar, email, and database driven software. Must be able to demonstrate the ability to learn other computer applications including the Innoprise, RecTrac and Club Prophet computer systems.
- Must have competent language skills including thorough knowledge of spelling, punctuation, grammar, arithmetic, and business English.
- Ability to discern and maintain confidentiality.
- Must be extremely detail oriented with the ability to plan and organize work and manage multiple tasks, short and long-term, in a fast-paced environment that has frequent interruptions. Requires accurately typing at a speed that would enable a project to be completed in a timely manner and meet deadlines. Ability to accurately maintain files, records, and reports.
- Ability to read and follow written instructions, operate office equipment and effectively.
- Ability to effectively communicate information verbally and in writing with Division staff and guests.
- Must possess high quality customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate in a positive, friendly, and professional manner with staff and the general public to promote service excellence.
- Must be able to gather facts and develop solutions independently and as part of a team.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.

- Previous marketing experience highly desired.
- Proficiency with desktop publishing, accounting, and database driven software highly desirable.
