Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
- Oversee daily operations, including finance, sales, marketing, and human resources

- Lead, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve high performance and professional growth
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements
