Gamatechno, an established IT System integrator, is currently expanding, and is in the need of Technical Support & Golf Tournament Management System officer for Jakarta Office.
The succesful candidate will help users of our golf app and golf course management system. He/She will go extra mile to ensure that all users of the app are satisfied in using the app. Acting as liaison/single point of contact between users and Gamatechno, Technical Support & Golf Tournament Management System officer will solicit feedbacks, complaints, suggestions from existing users and forward it to Gamatechno.
He/She will be required to travel to golf courses around Jabotabek to assist/administer sales, solicit feedbacks, as well as helping solving problem related to app/system.
Requirements :
• Prior experience as customer relations and application support in Golf course
• Experience in application manual testing
• Willing to travel often around Jabodetabek
• Customer-driven, and solution oriented
• Skill in general administration, especially Google suite and Microsoft Office
• Have good public speaking skill, good communication skill, and problem solving
