This role suits those looking to step up into venue management or a transition into sports management.
Big Swing Golf, the indoor golf entertainment venue franchise is looking for a Manager to build and drive the success of its’ Woolloongabba venue.
We have 25 venues around Australia and aim to provide a fun social environment for our guests. We have a small lounge, bar, as well as ‘Full Swing’ golf & sports simulators. Our guests can enjoy a casual round of golf with friends, participate in our BSG League, host a function, practice their golf swing, or play any of our 13 other simulated sports.

Key responsibilities include:
Host patrons, by setting guests up in the simulators and engaging in friendly chat/ banter and assisting guests to enjoy their experience.
Manage bookings for sim hire, competitions, and functions.
Organize functions.
Maintain a high level of social media interaction.
Execute all Head Office sales and marketing programs.
Promote sponsorships / partnerships within the local community
Bartending, and serving drinks to guests at their booth.
Keep the venue & bar area’s clean and neatly presented.
Running our BSG League competition.
Simulator maintenance & troubleshooting (training provided)
Assistance in Drummond Golf as required.
Monthly & annual KPI based additional bonus schemes.
Buying discounts via Drummond Golf next-door.
Is self-motivated
Has great communication and organizational skills
Follow the franchise model while injecting their own personality.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays.
Has a current RSA (or willing to secure one).
