Brighton Lakes Recreation & Golf Club is seeking an experienced Club Supervisor.
The Clubhouse assumes pride of place as the iconic and social centrepiece of the community. The Club is home to a restaurant, café, wedding and function spaces which cater for events up to 400 people (seated) and has a healthy functions calendar. The Club features bars, regular entertainment, TAB, Keno and 87 gaming machines. All overlooking the Club’s picturesque 18 hole golf course on the shores of the Georges River.
This is an exciting time for the Club as we are currently undergoing extensions & refurbishment. When completed, our Clubhouse will have a fantastic new look and feel.
The Role:
In this role as Club Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on shift across all areas of the Club. This is a hands-on role with a rotating roster that will include days, nights and weekends.

To be successful in this role you must demonstrate:
- A good knowledge of Club operations including Bar, Gaming, TAB & Keno
- Proven experience in a medium-fast paced gaming and bar service environment
- The ability to lead, train and motivate a customer service team
- A strong customer service focus
- Clear, concise communication skills
- Strong computer literacy with experience in Software: eBET, Bepoz, MiClub, TANDA and Microsoft Office an advantage
- A hands-on approach
- Current NSW RSA/RCG Competency Certifications
- Flexibility to work across 7 days and nights as required
- Current Drivers License and your own transport as public transport is limited
