The Fresh Collective is seeking a dedicated venue Supervisor to join our team at Strathfield Golf Club. This opportunity is ideal for an enthusiastic individual with a strong background in hospitality management.
[*]Lead a team of waiters and baristas in both restaurant and function areas [*]Deliver exceptional customer service to regular patrons and guests [*]Ordering and stocktake [*]Roster staff and complete time sheet approvals [*]Daily troubleshooting [*]Develop and train new and existing team members
About You
[*]Minimum 12 months supervisory experience in a busy fast-paced venue. [*]Friendly personality, with a focus on providing top-level customer service [*]A passion for the hospitality industry [*]The drive to lead and mentor a team of junior staff [*]NSW RSA and bar / beverage knowledge [*]In possession of full-time Australian Working Rights and own transport
