What we’re looking for :
- A vibrant personality
- Experience in directing a team & leading from the front
- RMLV or willing to obtain
- Have a can-do attitude and the ability to think outside the box
- Relevant work experience in the field over the last 2-5 years and / or be a recent graduate in Hospitality and Events
- Stocktake and Ordering Skills with an understanding of PAR Levels
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to build strong relationships with our suppliers
- An exciting and collaborative team environment
- A flexible rotating roster with no more late nights (we close at 11!)
