This is a working-manager role. You'll supervise a team of golf cart mechanics, run the service department and store operations, and drive golf cart and LSV sales. It's a great fit for a service manager, store manager, shop foreman, service advisor, or lead technician from a golf cart, powersports, ATV/UTV, automotive, marine, RV, or equipment dealership who's ready to run their own location. The location is an easy commute from Blakeslee, Lake Harmony, White Haven, Mount Pocono, Tannersville, Stroudsburg, Jim Thorpe, Hazleton, and Wilkes-Barre. *About Tigon Golf Carts* Tigon Golf Carts is a fast-growing golf cart dealership with 15 locations and counting. We sell and service new, used, and custom golf carts, street-legal LSVs (low-speed vehicles), utility carts, and electric and lithium-powered models. Most of our customers aren't on a golf course: they're homeowners, lake and resort communities, campgrounds, and businesses. Our standard is simple: _Every Cart Earns Its Stripes._ *Schedule* 5-day standard workweek. Up to 6 days during peak season or for coverage, with advance notice and a consistent day off each week. Weekend availability is required as scheduled. Sundays Off. *What You'll Do* _Leadership & Team Management_ * Supervise the location's golf cart mechanics and technicians: assign work, set daily schedules, and hold the team accountable for quality and turnaround time * Interview candidates and make hiring, promotion, discipline, and termination recommendations * Train, coach, and evaluate technician performance * Enforce shop safety and Tigon operating standards _Service Department & Store Operations_ * Manage daily dealership operations, including opening and closing, cash handling, and inventory * Run the service department: write repair orders, manage the service schedule, and oversee diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance * Ensure every cart passes pre-delivery inspection (PDI), road test, photo documentation, and customer handoff * Track shop KPIs like productivity, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction, and report to HQ * Coordinate parts ordering, warranty claims, and escalations * Keep records current in our dealer management system (DMS) _Sales & Customer Service_ * Sell new and used golf carts, LSVs, accessories, and service: greet customers, give demos, and close deals * Resolve customer concerns and build repeat and referral business in the Poconos market _Supporting Duties_ * Diagnose difficult electrical, battery, and drivetrain issues and support technicians on the shop floor * Coordinate and, when needed, perform local deliveries with a company truck and trailer (no CDL required) * Oversee facility upkeep and keep the showroom, shop, and lot clean and presentable *Requirements* * 2+ years supervising a team, such as service manager, store manager, shop foreman, lead technician, or assistant manager * 2+ years of sales or customer service experience, preferably at a dealership * Strong mechanical aptitude with automotive, powersports, small engines, or golf carts * Experience running a location or shift independently, including opening and closing * Comfortable towing and backing a truck and trailer * Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record (required for company vehicle use) * Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work indoors and outdoors year-round, with or without reasonable accommodation *Preferred* * Golf cart, LSV, or electric vehicle (EV) experience, such as Club Car, E-Z-GO, Yamaha, lithium batteries, or 48V/72V systems * Service advisor or service writer experience * Dealer management system (DMS), POS, or CRM experience * Knowledge of the Pocono Mountains area *Pay & Benefits* * $60,000 – $75,000 annual salary, based on experience * Performance bonus * Health insurance * Paid sick time * Employee discount * Career growth with an expanding 15-location dealership group *Application Questions* * How many years have you supervised mechanics, technicians, or a team?
