Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Food preparation in Caddy's Bar & Grill using specified equipment - Fryers & Ovens
- Clean and upkeep Caddy's Bar, kitchen, and dining areas as well as the Concession Shack. to ensure all health & sanitation requirements are met every day.
- Sell food & beverage and operate the Cash Register / POS station.
- Sell, pour, & serve alcoholic beverages and ensure safe consumption for all golfers and guests at Caddy's Bar & Grill and The Concession Shack.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- First-Aid / CPR certified (desired)
- Able to walk & stand for long periods of time
- Able to confidently operate a cash register, computer, and POS station.
- Able to count and accurately track cash.
- Able to clearly listen and communicate with the public in-person and over-the-phone.
