The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing our websites while also providing IT support to ensure the smooth operation of our company's technology infrastructure.
This role requires a blend of web development expertise, SEO knowledge, and technical support skills.Key Responsibilities : SEO Optimization : Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO strategies, including meta tags, headers, and image optimization.
Optimize site structure, navigation, and internal linking to improve search engine visibility.Develop and implement off-page SEO strategies, including link building and content marketing.
Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO software.Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
Technical SEO : Optimize website speed, including reducing load times, compressing images, and improving server response time.
Implement structured data markup (Schema.org) to enhance search engine results.Conduct technical audits and resolve issues related to crawl errors, broken links, and duplicate content.
Ensure proper implementation of redirects and manage site migrations.IT Support : Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across the company.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks.Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues in a timely manner, both on-site and remotely.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control in accordance with company policies.Maintain and update IT documentation, including network diagrams and system configurations.
Assist with the setup and maintenance of IT security measures, including firewalls, antivirus software, and data backups.
Coordinate with external vendors for the procurement and maintenance of IT equipment and services.Collaboration & Communication : Work closely with the marketing team to align SEO strategies with overall marketing goals.
Collaborate with developers to implement SEO recommendations.Provide regular reports on SEO performance, including rankings, traffic, and conversion rates.
