What You Will Be Doing
The Senior Pharmacist at Peninsula Health's Golf Links Road site will be responsible for the oversight and delivery of high-quality pharmacy services for the Golf Links Road Rehabilitation Centre. The successful applicant will will lead the pharmacy team to deliver consumer focused clinical pharmacy services and medication management for inpatients, ambulatory patients, and the 'At Home' service.

What You Need
We anticipate you will have:
- Full Pharmacy Board of Australia (AHPRA) registration with no restrictions to the scope of practice
- Proven ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
- Demonstrated extensive experience as a clinical pharmacist in the hospital setting
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering high quality outcomes for consumers
- Progression towards or have obtained relevant postgraduate qualifications
