Provide full administrative support to the Golf Course Superintendent and agronomy leadership team.
Maintain accurate records of chemical and fertilizer applications, labor tracking, equipment use, and inventory.

- Understanding of golf course operations or agronomy is an asset, but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English; Italian language proficiency is a strong plus
- Full-time contract in accordance with the Italian Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL)
- Ongoing training to enhance personal and professional development
- Accommodation with free Wi-Fi can be arranged upon request for those coming from outside the area
- Availability of staff accommodation upon request
