Job Title: Senior Analyst Demand Planning
Responsibilities:
- Manage demand planning processes to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Utilize statistical forecasting methods and tools to predict demand accurately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
- Influence stakeholders at all levels to align strategies with business objectives.
- 7+ years of experience in Demand or Sales & Operations Planning.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field preferred.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems and advanced data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- PICS, IBF, or related certifications are preferred.
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 25 pounds, sit or stand for extended periods, and perform standard office tasks.
