We are seeking an energetic and outgoing individual for the position of Customer Service Representative at our Cookstown Facility. The Customer Service representative will be responsible to aid customers in any inquiries that they may have.
Common calls are to assist customers in determining the correct parts for their needs, and advise on price and availability. The Customer Service representative will assist and advise customers, and address any issues they may have.

Position Responsibilities:
- Provide advice and recommendations on golf cart parts for customers.
- Take and enter customer telephone and email orders.
- Provide various types of support such as responding to customer inquiries, maintaining customer accounts, data processing.
- Extensive contact with Customer verbally, and using email/telephone to problem solve.
- Research and follow up on customer concerns and respond to all inquiries.
- Provide customers with detailed information regarding their orders.
- Enter and retrieve customer information.
- Follow up on Customer orders to ensure on time service and expected delivery dates are met.
- Pro-active communication with Customers.
- Answering phone inquiries for Customer Care and pick up requests.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Must be able to multitask.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Internal and external Customers.
- Ability to listen and provide effective and timely feedback.
- Ability to work effectively, efficiently, and courteously.
- Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively.
- Ability to work in a high volume environment and meet deadlines.
- Ability to rapidly learn and perform tasks related to the department or units regulations, policies, rules, functions, procedures or processes.
- Ability to communicate with others and to assimilate and understand information to make sound decisions in a manner consistent with the essential job function.
