About the role
Can you see yourself running a Golf superstore? Golf Clearance Outlet is seeking a Retail Manager to oversee the smooth running of our store located in Myaree, Western Australia. This full-time role will see you leading a team of passionate retail associates to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
What you'll be doing

Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail store, including sales targets, inventory control and local marketing.
[*]
Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing retail team, providing coaching and training as needed
[*]
Ensure exceptional customer service by monitoring and analysing store performance and making data-driven decisions
[*]
Collaborate with the wider business to implement marketing campaigns and new product launches
[*]
Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards
[*]
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations
What we're looking for

Experience in a retail management role is an advantage but not essential as full training will be given to the right candidate.
[*]
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a team
[*]
Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
[*]
Strong commercial acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset
[*]
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
[*]
Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required
