What You’ll Do
Welcome members and guests, assisting with daily competitions and club enquiries.
Deliver brilliant customer service—helping with everything from membership options to retail sales.
Operate point of sale systems and ensure our shop is always inviting and well-presented.
Support event management and provide information on all club services.
Maintain a safe, organised, and positive environment for all.
What You’ll Bring
Previous experience in retail, customer service, or administration (preferred, but not essential).
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused attitude.
Strong organisation, time management, and attention to detail.
Experience with Microsoft Office and point of sale systems (preferred).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A current National Police Clearance Certificate (no older than three months).
Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate (or willingness to obtain).
First Aid training (preferred).
