Reports to: Driving Range Manager/Food & Beverage Manager
Location: Haggin Oaks Golf Course
Rate of Pay: $16.00 hr plus tips
FLSA Status: hourly part time, non-exempt
Position Overview
Morton Golf is looking for a dedicated Server/Cashier to join our vibrant team at our Driving Range at Haggin Oaks Golf Course. Our driving range is a cornerstone of our revenue, encompassing range ball operations, retail, golf instruction, and a bustling food & beverage sector. Operating until midnight during the peak seven months of the year, we pride ourselves on offering a broad spectrum of services to our esteemed guests.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality food and beverage services to guests, ensuring a memorable experience at our range.
- Process transactions quickly and accurately using our Operating System, contributing to efficient service delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the serving and dining areas, enhancing the overall ambiance and guest satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with the Driving Range Cook and fellow servers to guarantee prompt and courteous service to all our guests.
- Engage directly with customers, providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
- Previous experience in a server/cashier role preferred, but not mandatory.
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to create a positive guest experience.
- Strong teamwork capabilities and the ability to work harmoniously with colleagues.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, especially during the driving range's peak operating months.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to handle transactions efficiently.
- Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of beer and spirits.
