Role Description This is a full-time, Hybrid role for a Quality Assurance / Product Manager based at Golf Estate, Trans-Amadi, Port Harcourt. The role involves planning, creating and maintaining test cases, and performing manual and automated testing to ensure product quality across web and mobile applications. The Quality Assurance / Product Manager will define and prioritize product requirements, maintain product backlogs, and work closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to deliver features on time.
Responsibilities include coordinating user acceptance testing, tracking and documenting defects, analyzing user feedback, and translating insights into actionable improvements.
The role also includes preparing product documentation, contributing to release planning, supporting delivery timelines, and ensuring alignment between product vision, quality standards, and business goals.

Qualifications
- Strong quality assurance skills, including test planning, test case design, manual testing, and familiarity with automated testing tools.
- Product management capabilities such as requirements gathering, backlog management, roadmap planning, and feature prioritization.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, business) and facilitating clear communication among stakeholders.
- Proficiency with issue tracking and project management tools (e.g., Clickup) and basic understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to translate user and business needs into technical and product specifications.
- Attention to detail, strong documentation skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in software development environments serving sectors such as education, health, travel, finance, eCommerce is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a commitment to inclusive, user-centered product development.
