Position Overview
Morton Golf is looking for a dedicated Power Cart Afternoon Supervisor to lead our team of power cart attendants. This key position ensures our clients receive outstanding customer service and support while enjoying our golf facilities. The supervisor will play a critical role in managing the cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of our golf carts and rental sets, as well as supporting the range staff and driving range operations.

Morton Golf is looking for a dedicated Power Cart Afternoon Supervisor to lead our team of power cart attendants. This key position ensures our clients receive outstanding customer service and support while enjoying our golf facilities. The supervisor will play a critical role in managing the cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of our golf carts and rental sets, as well as supporting the range staff and driving range operations.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality customer service, actively listening and addressing customer needs around the cart and driving range areas.
- Efficiently resolve both employee and customer conflicts in alignment with Morton Golf Policies.
- Ensure team compliance with all policies and project management directives, adhering to safety and regulatory standards.
- Contribute to service enhancements and revenue growth.
- Manage and maintain the golf cart fleet, ensuring cleanliness, proper charging, and readiness for use.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure timely repairs and upkeep of equipment.
- Support driving range operations, assisting with maintenance tasks and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all guests.
- Have flexibility to work in an outdoor environment.
- Experience: 3 – 4 years in a management or supervisory role.
- Education: High School Diploma.
- Must have strong customer service orientation and experience managing teams.
- Basic knowledge of golf and golf facility services.
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team, maintain professionalism, and communicate effectively.
- Capable of problem-solving, organizing, multitasking, and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
