Due to continued growth, Atlas Golf Services is expanding our construction team and is seeking experienced Plant Operators to join us in South East Melbourne on a full-time basis. We are a specialist contractor delivering high-quality golf course construction, sports turf construction, and golf course maintenance.
With exciting projects currently underway throughout South East Melbourne and surrounds, this is a great opportunity to work on premium golf developments alongside an experienced, professional crew.
About the Role
You’ll work within a specialised construction team, completing all facets of golf course construction. Operating a range of plant and equipment, you’ll be supported and guided by our senior construction staff to deliver exceptional results on every project.
Previous golf construction experience is not essential — training will be provided for the right candidates with strong plant operating skills and the right attitude.

What We’re Looking For
Essential requirements:
Current driver’s licence
Current Operator Certification
General Safety Induction Card (White Card)
Strong attention to detail
Clear communication skills
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards
Ability to undertake manual handling tasks and use hand tools
Final trim experience on Excavator and Skid Steer
