*Overview* Join our dynamic outdoor team as a Part-Time Outside Service Team Member at our prestigious golf club! In this lively role, you will be the friendly face welcoming guests, assisting with outdoor activities, and ensuring a seamless experience on the course and surrounding facilities. Your enthusiasm and customer service skills will help create memorable moments for our members and visitors alike. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a vibrant outdoor environment while developing valuable skills in hospitality, event management, and guest relations. *Duties* * Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures at the golf club * Provide exceptional guest services by answering questions, offering directions, and supporting their needs throughout their visit * Assist with outdoor event setup, including managing equipment and ensuring safety protocols are followed * Support event operations such as tournaments, outings, or special functions by coordinating logistics and guest flow * Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems for merchandise sales, food, or beverage orders * Perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting of equipment, supplies, or golf carts to ensure smooth operations * Enforce safety protocols by monitoring outdoor areas, administering basic first aid when necessary, and responding to emergencies with CPR or lifeguard skills if required *Skills* * Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills and public speaking ability * Experience in events management and venue operations to coordinate activities efficiently * Conflict management skills to handle guest concerns professionally and calmly * Knowledge of safety procedures including first aid, CPR certification, and lifeguard experience preferred * Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining high energy levels * Retail sales experience combined with cash handling expertise using POS systems for transactions * Experience working with children during family events or youth programs is a plus * Familiarity with hospitality environments such as food service or resort settings enhances your ability to serve guests effectively * Manual handling skills for heavy lifting and outdoor equipment management * Comfort with public speaking to engage guests during events or safety briefings This exciting role is perfect for energetic individuals eager to deliver outstanding guest experiences while working in a lively outdoor setting.
