Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to negotiate effectively. Ideally you have sales experience within the golf industry. Our customers are driving ranges and golf courses across Canada. We focus on supply driving range equipment and pro-shop accessories to driving ranges and golf courses across Canada.
We are currently seeking a sales rep for Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Western Ontario
Duties:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' products/services
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate reports
Experience:
- Proven experience in outside sales or a related field
- Strong business development skills with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Knowledge of technology sales is preferred
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
