Are you looking for a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work with a great team? The Highlands at Dove Mountain, a beautiful Homeowner’s Association with award winning amenities, is seeking motivated individuals to join our Outside Services Golf Staff.

Position Overview: As part of our Outside Services team, you will play a key role in ensuring an exceptional experience for our golfers. Your primary duties include managing the bag drop, assisting golfers with their needs, and overseeing range management.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding guest services at the bag drop area
• Assist with managing the practice range
• Ensure golfers have a seamless and enjoyable experience
• Work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative
• A team player who thrives in a customer service-focused environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for golf and commitment to providing top-tier service
• Must be available to work on Wednesdays and Sundays
